Thanks for joining me on my journey to wellness. I’ve previously had blogs in the past but never really kept up with them. My hope is that I can maintain this one and take those of you who are interested along with me on my journey to wellness.

  1. A beautiful sunrise over open waters , how many tales does that make me think of. Too many !! I can see a tall ship sailing out of New Bedford with a young lad called Ishmael , little did he know he had just signed on take help a vengeful captain find his prey , a white mammal called Moby Dick. He lived to tell the tale , the captain did not.
    Is there a moral to the tale ? , only you can answer that. 🙂
